Cole Christopher Builders offers its clients the option to use our "Be Your Own Builder" program. You build, we guide, you save.
We provide you with a list of service providers, including interior decorators, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals required to build your new home.
We base client fees on the size and complexity of your project. There are also separate hourly fees ($125/hour) to cover critical meetings that clients want us to attend.
This program is best for individuals with some construction or project management experience.
